ORDERING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday within two business days of placement. Orders placed between 1pm EST Friday through midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. On occasion an order may be placed on hold. In that event, you will be contacted within one business day to gather the information needed to process your order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

RETURNS

We are proud of our quality and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope you are completely happy with your Alice & Trixie purchase. However, if you do need to return an item, please see our guidelines or contact us to help with your return or exchange.

SHIPPING

When you place an order you will be emailed an order confirmation. The status of your order is then in process until it is shipped. At the time of shipment you will be emailed a tracking number so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. International customers must use a valid international credit card. If the credit card cannot be verified as belonging to the person placing the order, the order will not be processed.
To cancel or change an order, contact customer service at customercare@aliceandtrixie.com or 855-335-8585. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
If you wish to add items to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together. At times, however, we will not be able to process the orders together and will have to ship separately.
Sales tax will be charged only on orders being shipped to New York.
Shipping charges for international orders do not include taxes or duty. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by their country on imported merchandise. Abandoned or undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your customs office for information regarding fees for merchandise ordered from another country.
Alice & Trixie offers its customers promotional deals from time to time but certain restrictions apply. Only one code may be used per order. Merchandise on sale and other items may be excluded from special offers. Codes may not be applied after an order has been processed.
If you would like to place an order by telephone, you may call anytime Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5pm EST. Our telephone number is 855-335-8585.
To be eligible for return, an item must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Please fill out the form that accompanied your order and give a reason for the return. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Any items postmarked after this will not be accepted. Any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Any items returned to us and found to be used, worn, dirty, original tags removed or otherwise in unsalable condition will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Alice & Trixie does not pay for return shipping.
Please use the following guidelines for returns:

  • All returns must be in original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The card you used to make your purchase will be the card that is refunded.
  • Merchandise on Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please make sure you follow the instructions and completely fill out the form accompanying your purchase when making your return.

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from your order, please notify us within five business days of receipt. You will be sent a prepaid UPS label. Please make sure the damaged or incorrect item is kept in the same condition for returns outlined above. Upon receipt, a replacement or the correct item will be shipped if available. If a new or correct garment is not available, a refund will be made to the same card used for purchase.
If you would like to exchange something for another color or size, please follow the return procedures above and make a new purchase for the desired item.

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping fees required to return an item to us. If Alice & Trixie incurs any charges related to your return, those taxes, duties or fees will be deducted from the amount to be credited to your account.

All orders are shipped via UPS. We are sorry but we cannot take orders to be delivered to a Post Office Box. Orders over $150 are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground service. You should receive your order within seven to ten business days of placing the order. Expedited service is available for an additional charge. If you would like an item shipped for Saturday delivery, please contact customer service to place your order. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery.

For orders shipping outside the United States, the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Orders are shipped via UPS. Please use a valid street address. International orders are not guaranteed to ship within two business days because further verification may be needed. Please allow for up to twenty days for delivery. Any delays at customs in the destination country are beyond our control. We cannot modify your order once it has been placed. International shipping fees range from $30 to $125 depending on the service you select, country of destination and the weight of the package. Please note that Alice & Trixie does not pay for shipping to foreign countries. Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees imposed by their country. If you have any questions about import taxes or duties in your country, please call your local customs office.
